The coastal wedding kit was a handmade, fully-branded suite of wedding event products. The invitation was a folding self-folio, constructed from mixed paper stocks and balsa wood. The printing was transferred to the balsa wood via heat transfer material and then mounted to several layers of hand-cut paper, including card stock, pearlescent stock and patterned art paper. The invitation was then embellished with diecut, pearlescent lace trim and three clear gemstones.
The invitation included double-sided, stepped inserts for directions, wedding response postcard and rehearsal dinner card kit with envelope that was tied with kraft twine. Handmade fans were created to match and were distributed at the outdoor Florida Keys ceremony.
Wedding decor and favors included a card box with hand-lettered messaging, Mr. and Mrs. framed chair signage, a complimentary "Dancing Shoes" flip-flop station for guests, a "Message in a Bottle" station in lieu of a guestbook, and a homemade candy buffet for guest take-away favors. Various natural materials were coupled with off-shelf items to create the coastal look. Ballpoint pens for the card box and "Message in a Bottle" station were embellished by hand with peacock feathers, twine, mini starfish and a clear gemstone.
Overnight guests also received gift bags upon arriving at the hotel. The burlap bags included custom water bottles, key lime cookies and candy, vanilla lip balm, hangover helpers, a do-not-disturb door hanger, and a contact information card to complete the Florida Keys coastal theme.
